These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AgentPulse (“the App”) operated by DriftVane (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
You must be a Shopify merchant with authority to bind your business to these Terms. The App is not available to individuals under 18 years of age.
AgentPulse provides AI-attributed commerce analytics, product readiness scoring, competitive pricing intelligence, and AI visibility tracking for Shopify merchants.
AgentPulse offers a free plan and paid plans (Growth, Pro, Scale) billed monthly through Shopify’s billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time from within the App. Downgrades take effect immediately. Refunds are governed by Shopify’s app billing policies.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation; (c) attempt to access data belonging to other merchants; or (d) use the App to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content.
The App and all related software, algorithms, and content are the intellectual property of DriftVane. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
You retain ownership of your shop and product data. By using the App you grant us a license to process that data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that attribution data will be completely accurate. AI traffic attribution is inherently probabilistic.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriftVane’s total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may terminate by uninstalling the App from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or Shopify’s policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of AgentPulse after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post changes to this page and update the effective date.
